Features of the program

  1. Online fitness classes e.g. before lunch or early in the morning.
  2. Stretching – exercises for proper posture – muscle strengthening – better mental and physical health.
  3. Creating a team and motivation towards sports and a healthy lifestyle.
  4. Help through the exercise to join the workspace, after maternity permit with  personalized exercises.
  5. Nutrition tips per month.
  6. Group of 3-4 people.
  7. Course duration 20-30 minutes, 2-3 times per week.
